Do I need to seal the Vitreous Enamel Flue Pipe?

The "Premier" range of flue pipe has been tested using Firebrand Fire Cement. This is the recommended Fire Cement to be used with the "Premier" range of products. Premier One and Premier One Plus is a “Friction Fit” and no fire cement is required.

Do I take the gasket from behind the door when the pipe is fitted

No it is a fireproof fibre glass pad.

No, there has to be a rubber seal on the flue


Has fluepipe to be a minimum of 600mm before a bend can be fitted?

It is recommended


What happens if a product arrives damaged or faulty?

Any damaged goods will be replaced provided we are notified within 48 hours of delivery


Do you charge for carriage?

Carriage paid for all orders over £200 net invoice
